Everything in line
Lucerne, 2 June 2015 –Brand management is a top priority at Emmi. After some 150 Emmi products were positioned under the now established umbrella brand (mountain range in red bar) five years ago, a further 130 products are being given a new uniform appearance.
They are all good old favourites that can be found in the Emmi Suisse range: Coupe Chantilly, Milkiss, the Suisse yogurts, Petit Suisse quark for children and of course various types of milk, cream, quark and many more. Where previously, the Emmi logo was the only unifying element on the packaging, there is now a new, modern look.
Basic products for everyday use
Emmi Suisse products are primarily proven basic products that are frequently used daily in the kitchen. The concept is attractive but low-key. Emmi Suisse products are largely sold in rural areas via sales channels such as Volg, Spar or village shops. Thanks to the clear diversity of varieties and the absence of traditional marketing, Emmi Suisse products can be offered at an attractive price.
Not just external appearances
With the new, uniform packaging design, 130 articles are stepping into a modern world. The focus is on the products themselves in completely revised product images. This ensures that the variety of Emmi Suisse products available is evident immediately. The colourful banderoles also ensure clear differentiation and make orientation on the shelf easier for consumers. Alongside the visual merger under a common brand, the opportunity has also been taken to adapt all packaging to the new food legislation.
The changeover to the new design began in March and will continue until the end of August.
